House Rules Please review the following house rules carefully. These are in place to ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for everyone. Guests & Noise No additional guests are permitted at any time. This is a strict no-guest policy. Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 8:30 AM. Video games may not be played in bedrooms during quiet hours, as sound carries and can disturb other guests. No parties or events of any kind. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home. This includes cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or any other smoking devices. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 smoking fee will be assessed after checkout. Bathroom & Plumbing Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush feminine products, wipes (even those labeled “flushable”), paper towels, or any other items, as they can cause serious plumbing damage. Hair Dye & Coloring Products Hair dye, coloring products, toners, bleach, or similar products are not permitted anywhere inside the unit, including bathrooms and showers. If evidence of hair dye or coloring products is found, a fine of up to $300 will be assessed to cover additional cleaning, labor, and administrative costs. Guests will be fully responsible for replacement costs of any items or surfaces damaged beyond repair, including but not limited to shower curtains, towels, bath mats, trash cans, cabinetry, or fixtures. Heating & Cooling Please do not run the air conditioning or heat while windows or doors are open, as this can damage the HVAC system. When leaving the home, kindly adjust the thermostat (located next to the front door) to: A higher temperature in summer A lower temperature in winter Or fan mode if preferred Pets No pets are allowed of any kind. No exceptions. Age Requirement The minimum age to rent is 21. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund.

Guests will use a secure digital lock system to access both the exterior doors and their private bedroom. A unique access code will be provided prior to check-in. Cozy Escape includes a private bedroom and shared access to the bathroom (shared with one other guest), fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, covered back deck, and fenced backyard. Each space is designed for comfort, convenience, and a peaceful stay.
