House Rules (Pet-Friendly Units) Please review the following house rules carefully. These are in place to ensure a comfortable stay and to protect the home for all guests. Noise & Conduct Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 8:30 AM. No parties or events of any kind. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home. This includes cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or any other smoking devices. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 smoking fee will be assessed after checkout. Bathroom & Plumbing Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush feminine products, wipes (even those labeled “flushable”), paper towels, or any other items, as they can cause serious plumbing damage. Hair Dye & Coloring Products Hair dye, hair coloring, toners, bleach, or similar products are not permitted anywhere inside the unit, including bathrooms and showers. If evidence of hair dye or coloring products is found, a fine of up to $300 will be assessed to cover additional cleaning, labor, and administrative costs. Guests will be fully responsible for replacement costs of any items or surfaces damaged beyond repair, including but not limited to shower curtains, towels, bath mats, trash cans, cabinetry, or fixtures. Heating & Cooling Please do not run the air conditioning or heat while windows or doors are open, as this places undue stress on the HVAC system and may cause damage. When leaving the home, please adjust the thermostat (located next to the front door) to: A higher temperature in summer A lower temperature in winter Or fan mode if preferred Pets Pets are permitted only if approved and included in your reservation. All pet waste must be picked up immediately during your stay. No exceptions. Pets must not be left unattended if they are disruptive or destructive. Age Requirement The minimum age to rent is 21. Failure to follow these house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund.

• The entire apartment is available for guest use. • We provide flexible self check-in at the guests convenience. • There is one maiden closet that is locked and not available for guest during. There is parking located directly in front of the house as well on the back side of the house (house allows for 2 cars). We will send out a picture of where to park the day before your arrival. Pets may be allowed only if the pet(s) has been approved by the Host. This is AFTER the guests submits or expresses to the Host their plan on how the pets will be taken care of while in the listing including pet size, age, and breed along with how often the pet will be left alone. We do require a nonrefundable pet fee in all of our units that must be paid PRIOR to check in. We look forward to hosting you and your furry companion!
